  • As the Chairman and CEO of OvareGroup, Jerry Preyss leads an agency network of six companies spread across the U.S. and Canada that are dedicated to creating growth for businesses through effective strategy, content solutions and marketing activation. Jerry’s background includes both client side and agency where he has held executive management positions and played an important role in numerous brand and product innovation success stories for companies like GE, BP, Philips, Hertz, Goodyear and more. Before assuming his current position, Jerry was CEO of Scoppechio, an OvareGroup agency where he led their digital transformation and expansion into markets like Orlando, Cincinnati and Columbus through several acquisitions and organic growth. Before Scoppechio, Jerry was CEO, Interbrand Cincinnati, the world’s largest brand and visual identity consultancy where he directed their global CPG practice serving a client roster that included companies like P&G, Goodyear, Wrigley, Cardinal Health, Xerox, and Scott’s Miracle Gro. Prior to Interbrand, Jerry was Senior VP, Global Branding & Innovation at Hertz where he led the marketing transformation of the brand, building a global value proposition around speed and ease of service delivered through technology and innovation. Before Hertz, Jerry was President of Refinery, a first mover digital ad agency in Philadelphia, serving top companies like Merck, Chase Financial and Campbell's which he eventually sold to the WPP network. Jerry’s work has been the recipient of the Gold Lion at Cannes and he has twice been named by Advertising Age as a top 50 global marketer. He is a graduate of Kent State University and has been a guest lecturer at the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management, Drexel University and the Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati, covering topics like branding, innovation and entrepreneurial management.

  • Jordan Reber is President & Chief Operating Officer of OvareGroup. Working from our Los Angeles and Vancouver offices, Jordan brings strategy, financial, operations, data, technology, and revenue management expertise to our organization and for our clients. He also oversees all acquisitions, operations and the investment strategy for OvareVentures, the company’s new business and product incubator.

    Jordan is a former private equity operating executive who has held various P&L management roles at Finning International, the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer, and The Hertz Corporation, an iconic global brand. Jordan is a United States Marine Corps veteran, holds a B.A. degree from the University of Maryland and an M.S. degree from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. He has also completed advanced studies at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland, and he holds a Six Sigma designation. Jordan currently sits on several corporate boards including Quixote Studios, a leading entertainment company with operations across the U.S.

    Chief Integration Officer

    John Paulson is Chief Integration Officer of OvareGroup based in New York. He is responsible for integrating the network’s suite of services to benefit every client we serve with strategic content solutions that support business growth. Before joining OvareGroup John held executive leadership positions in the marketing services, business process outsourcing and global content production industries, including senior management roles within Grey Group/G2, DDB, Williams Lea Tag (DHL), and Deluxe Entertainment Group. John’s daily responsibility also includes management oversight of The 3, the creative technology and production company of OvareGroup with offices in New York and Louisville. John is a graduate of the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
